I am Doug Sorensen, one of the managing partners at The Portal RV Resort; we are very excited to inform you that we have been approved, subject to annexation by Moab City, for our “Master Planned Development”. We know that the wait has been a long one, but we assure you that it was worth waiting for.

We are anticipating the finalization of the annexation process to occur in the middle of August 2008. At the time, we can sign actual contracts and begin to close on the properties. We will keep you posted should this time frame change. Should you be financing your lot, we encourage you to start this process now so that you are ready to close September 1, 2008. The Portal RV Resort is excited to offer three packages.

1. Standard Lot which will be fully landscaped.

2. Deluxe Lot which will allow you to have options on your pad such as outdoor kitchens, hot tubs, gazebos, and many more options to choose from.

3. Casita and/or out door living space that will surpass the best RV Resorts in the country.

The resort looks great! Please go to our web page www.portalrvresort.com to check out our new landscaping, dog park and the first bath house, pool and spa. The Portal RV Resort is committed to building a World Class Resort. We are building facilities that will reflect that level of quality.

The Portal RV Resort’s rental program is doing great this year; we have increased our business over twenty percent from last year. We are already close to sold out for spring of next year. The people that have stayed at the resort are all giving wonderful comments on the work that has been done to date and can’t wait to come back and see us again.

It has almost been two years since the Partners sat down and decided where to build their next dream RV Resort. We could not be happier that we selected Moab Utah.
