Grand County is currently considering our request for annexation into the Moab City limits. This annexation request should be approved by the first quarter of 2008. When the annexation is completed, we will immediately move forward with the subdividing of the RV Resort. Our current phase has 34 lots, 14 of which are under reservation. Following subdivision approval, the current reservation agreement can be finalized with Real Estate Purchase contracts and properties can be closed through Anderson Oliver Title Company.

Due to new FEMA 100 year Flood Plain map we are negotiating with the city what type of structures can be allowed along side the RV pads.

We are very close to receiving the building permits for the swimming pool and bath house which are included in the current construction phase. These two facilities should be ready for use in the spring. Curb and gutter and additional landscaping are ongoing and will continue through the fall and winter months as weather permits.
