Considering our season doesn’t even start until Jeep Safari
(March 31) our occupancy rates where outstanding when
you realize we doubled the number of RV sites we have
available.

We also need to share with you the success we are having with pad reservations. To date we have taken reservations from perspective owners on 16 out of the 34 new sites we have developed. We are very pleased with this response. We continue to visit with prospective owners on a daily basis.
These folks showed up after the Car show and our
park was completely full for almost another two weeks.
We had roughly one fourth of the total group of 95
staying in our park. They used our pavilion for their
event activities registration and opening get together,
